Redefine what success means to you
Having a successful life, means having a full life. That means having great personal relationships, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Now check this out, you’re not expected to be wonder woman and nail 100% of those sections of your life. BUT…quality matters in each and every one of those buckets
Get Accountability Partners
I don’t know about you, but I swear EVERYTHING is more fun with friends. So bring your crew in on the fun to hole you accountable to commitments and boundaries you set for yourself personally and professionally.
When setting boundaries, explain the “WIIFM”
When you’re trying to get co-workers to buy in on your need for space, don’t make it all about your balance. Focus on how you being more balanced makes THIER life with you easier because you’re less distracted and more productive at work.
Always Make Time for You!
Take the time you need for your own health. Eat well, take regular breaks, take your vacations and exercise. It’ll give you more energy and make your more productive in your professional AND your personal life. It’s an enabler or you to be a better overall human being
